Behind the wheel
On the edge of the Serra Calderona, the CV-25 climbs tight and technical to the Chirivilla col, then opens out into a wide, sweeping descent towards Altura. Short — about 15 km — but full of contrast.
Scenery
Cork-oak and pine hills of the Serra Calderona, looking down over the Palancia valley.
Why these roads
A road appears here because owners in our network have driven it and would recommend it, and every description is our own. Roads change — surfaces, closures, works, snow on the high passes — so check conditions before you set off, and drive within the law and your limits.
